Terms and Conditions for TnA Precision Detailing Ltd

 

 1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of valeting and cleaning services ("Services") by TNA PRECISION DETAILING LTD ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") to the customer ("Customer", "you", "your"). By booking and using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Service Description

We offer a range of vehicle cleaning and valeting services, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, detailing, waxing, and other related services as outlined in our pricing and service lists.

 

3. Booking and Payment

Booking: All bookings for services must be made through our website, by phone, or via email. A booking is only confirmed when a deposit (if applicable) is received, and we provide written confirmation of the appointment.

Payment: Full payment for the Services must be made upon completion of the service, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept payment by Cash or bank transfer.

Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required in advance. Deposits are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the Company or under specific conditions outlined below.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 3 days notice. If you cancel or reschedule within the 3 days of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost will apply.

Company Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no additional charge.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

​Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in a safe and accessible condition for cleaning. This includes ensuring the vehicle is free from hazardous materials and any obstructions that could impede our ability to carry out the Service.

Personal Property: We are not responsible for any personal property left inside the vehicle. We recommend removing any valuable or sensitive items before the valeting service.

 

6. Liability and Damages

Service Performance: We will perform the Services with reasonable care and skill. If you are not satisfied with the result, please inform us within 24hrs of the service, and we will aim to resolve the issue promptly.

Vehicle Condition: While we take great care in handling your vehicle, the Company is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or paint defects. We will not be liable for any damage caused by pre-existing issues, or for any damage caused by using cleaning products on surfaces or materials that are not suitable for the service being performed.

Liability Limitations: Our liability for any claim arising out of our Services is limited to the total amount paid for the service, excluding any indirect or consequential losses.

 

7. Service Limitations

Certain services may not be suitable for all vehicles or conditions. For example:

Vehicle age and condition: Some vehicles, particularly older models, may have issues with paintwork, upholstery, or interior materials that cannot be corrected with standard valeting services.

Weather Conditions: If weather conditions (such as heavy rain or extreme temperatures) prevent us from carrying out the service effectively, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

 

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing the Services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website. By continuing to use our Services, you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Worcester.
